This isn't necessarily a good news story at first glance, but if you read it and read about the police officer who is at the center of it, I think some of you will be convinced that God was guiding her bullets - and the thief's as well. I bet that salon owner is feeling a little safer, maybe this won't happen again now that everyone knows a cop gets her hair done there. :)
